Age Band
13–16 (Development)
Capacity work intensifies in the 13–16 band. Players have enough physical maturity to sustain more structured load, and enough technical foundation to work on decision quality and tactical awareness. Position identity begins to form — but remains exploratory; locking early narrows long-term ceiling.

Scan-Decide-Receive (Two-Cone)

SX-DR-002
Cone Sea (Without Sequence Boards)
The Cone Sea trains what makes possible: creativity under constraint. The player dribbles continuously through a dense field of cones — the "sea" — while listening for the coach's gate call.
